We will gladly create a unique one of a kind item for you. Simple send an email to Sandee with what you would like for her to create. You will be involved in every step of the process.
Due to the cost of material, at the point of commission of a custom item, a 50% retainer will be required. The retainer invoice will be need to be paid before work begins.
When completed we will send pictures of your creation for your approval. If you are not satisfied with the completed item, the retainer will be refunded, less 15% cost recovery. If you approve of your jewelry we will send you an invoice for the balance.
